Superfast Robot worker GE FANUC M-410iB/140H - Robot working in cement industry

This automatic palletizing system utilizes a FANUC M-410iB/140H robot with a high-speed end-of-arm tool capable of palletizing 22+ bags per minute. Bags enter the system on a settling conveyor to flatten the bags which are then run through a metal detector and check weigh conveyor for a final product inspection. Any bags that do not pass inspection are rejected. High duty cycle pacing belt conveyors transport the bags to the palletizing cell where they are picked and placed on a pallet.
